[IMPORTANT] Payment of student support funds due to the spread of the novel coronavirus

To all enrolled students and parents,
At Musashino University, as part of our support for our students and parents who are facing various difficulties around learning due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, we have decided to make a payment of 50,000 yen in student support funds per student for all on-campus undergraduate students, graduate students, and advanced course students.
As for the way of payment, we understand the urgency. However, considering the request to refrain from going out in Tokyo and to prevent the spread of infection, we had to choose to process it in the form of a 50,000-yen reduction in tuition fees for the second semester. We ask for your kind understanding of this decision.
Additionally, we will extend the tuition payment deadline for the first semester of the 2020 academic year from April 23 to the end of May.
Please note that there are financial support systems available in addition to these emergency support measures.
