【Important Notice】Conduct of Classes in response to the extension of the state of emergency (effective until 12 September 2021)
To all students, staff and member of the University Community
The declaration of a State of Emergency issued for Tokyo has extended to September 12. As mentioned in “【IMPORTANT NOTICE】Classes and campus activity during the fourth State of Emergency commencing Monday 12 July 2021” , Musashino University will continue its online class until the State of Emergency is lifted as a general rule. Announcement regarding resumption of face-to-face class will be made as soon as the expiration date for the current State of Emergency is confirmed.
With the exception of some class commitments, you are asked to refrain from coming to campus, unless absolutely necessary. All office enquiries will be undertaken via telephone during the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm, and email at other times as a general rule.
With concerns growing over the possibility of increased crowds during the summer vacation, Tokyo is now experiencing a surge in COVID-19 infections among young people. To prevent further contagion, we ask for your ongoing cooperation and consideration in these extraordinary circumstances.
