This is to notify you of information on the entrance ceremony of Graduate School of Musashino University and Musashino University for Fall 2022 as follows.

Starting at 13:00 and closing at 13:30 (reception starts at 12:30).

Room 301, 3rd floor of Building No.3, Ariake Campus

＜Notes＞
- To prevent the spread of Covid-19, only new students will be allowed to attend the ceremony and enter the campus.
- The entrance ceremony will be available online. We would like students’ families and relatives to watch the live stream.
- If you do not feel well, please watch the live stream instead of attending the ceremony. In this case, please call the Student Support Office（03-5530-7334）.
- University may change the way of holding the ceremony due to social situation. We will inform you on the new students’ website and the University web site, if any changes are made.
Document Distribution on the Day of Entrance Ceremony
On Thursday, September 22, we will distribute several important documents after the entrance ceremony.
The documents include your network account information and student ID card. Please make sure to receive them.
If you are unable to receive them for some reasons, please contact the Student Support Office in advance.
