Notes
- In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, only graduating students will be able to attend the graduation ceremony. Waiting rooms will be available in campus for families and friends. Please note that viewing a live stream of the ceremony will not be available there.
- Wearing masks at the venue of graduation ceremony will be optional. However, wearing masks outside the venue on campus will be required. We ask your families and those who involved to wear masks as well.
- The ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube.

- Regarding the procedure of the absence, please refer to the notice posted on the MUSCAT.
- Depending on the social circumstance, changes may be made to how the ceremony will be held. In that case, we will inform you on the MUSCAT and the university website.
- On the day of the ceremony, we would appreciate it if you could refrain from parking or stopping a car on the nearby streets to pick up and drop off in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Please use public transportation to come to the university.
