COVID-19 Update: University Access and Office Hours
(Updated on June 29)

The COVID-19 restrictions have meant that enquiries to staff at Musashino University were limited to email. From July 1, we can resume some access to telephone enquiries although we do ask that you continue to consider using email, as a general rule. Phone enquiries are limited to the hours between 10:00am to 3:00pm. Please consult the FAQs (for students) and COVID-19/Coronavirus updates on our home page prior to making a phone call. We ask for your patience under these circumstances given we continue to roster a reduced number of staff on campus for health and safety reasons. We continue to monitor the situation daily and continue to provide regular updates on the University website.

As of July 1, campus access remains restricted so we ask that you please continue to refrain from making non-essential and non-urgent visits to campus. If you require a meeting with staff, for any reason, please make an appointment (via email) in the first instance, and a time can be arranged. Again, please restrict office visits to essential and urgent needs.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation during this extraordinary time.
