We currently remain in a very serious situation with large numbers of COVID cases across the nation, medical facilities stretched and patients required to recuperate at home.
Here at Musashino University we continue to monitor the situation and keep our community informed. We do this with three key points in mind:

  1. doing all we can to minimize the risk of infection to students and staff
  2. continuing to uphold our social responsibility to observe the necessary measures to minimize the spread of infection in here in Tokyo and the region, and
  3. continuing to ensure that in these times we can deliver the very best educational opportunities to our students under these conditions

While it is disappointing that we commence the new semester under these conditions, we also accept we need to do all we can to avoid risk of infection now, so that we can look towards resuming classes and campus life as the semester progresses. Once again, we seek your understanding of these matters and appreciate your cooperation as we work together to overcome these adverse circumstances.
