The 2018 (33rd) annual meeting of SAJ (SAJ33) will be held at Musashino University Ariake Campus (MUAC) on 11-12 September.
Ariake is located right in the center of Tokyo waterfront subcenter which
symbolizes the exciting future of the city, and one of the major venue
zones of Tokyo Olympic & Paralympic Games 2020, "Tokyo Bay Zone". We are very pleased to welcome all the participants at MUAC.
We are looking forward to meeting you at SAJ33.

Regrettably, payment by credit card will not be accepted.
Application to presentation at SAJ33 (Procedure and remarks)
i) The presenter must be an active SAJ member. Please go to the SAJ web site for further information on the SAJ membership application.
ii) Follow the abstract template lay-out (Length: ONE-PAGE; font size & line-spacing). Appropriate
figure/table can be inserted.
iii) Abstract papers will be printed in black and white.
iv) Two types,oral (10 min talk, 3 min Q&A) & poster (1.5 min oral briefing, 60 min session) of presentation are applicable.
v) A limited number of oral slots are available, and the organizer might
ask an oral-applicant to accept poster presentation.
vi) Deadline for submission of abstracts is on July 6, 2018.
Accommodation and transport
MUAC is easily accessible from Tokyo International (Haneda) airport and major transport stations
in Tokyo.
There are many hotels nearby for participants to stay in, and no paricular
arrangements will be made by SAJ33 organizing office.
