AY2024 Musashino University Entrance Ceremony will be held as below.

Faculties (common to all faculties), Graduate Schools, Postgraduate Speech Therapy Course ※School of Distance Learning students included

Doors open at 12:00, ceremony starts at 13:00

Ariake Coliseum (2-2-22 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo)

【Notes】

1. There are seats for related parties in the venue, so family members can also visit.
2. The ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube Live. (The Video distribution has ended.)
3. In the commuter course on the same day, guidance for new students (distribution of materials) will be held in classrooms on the Ariake Campus. Details will be announced on the new student only website as soon as they are decided.
   In addition, there is no guidance (distribution of materials) for new students on the same day for the correspondence course.
   Separately, we will inform you of the new student roundtable (held on Zoom).
4. After the ceremony, guidance for families will be held at the same venue. (Excludes graduate schools, postgraduate speech therapy course, correspondence courses)
5. On the day of the ceremony, parking or stopping on nearby streets for pick-up or drop-off will interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. Also, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
   We ask for your cooperation in coming by public transportation.
6. Regarding the correspondence course, there is no office desk at the Ariake Campus. If you have any questions, please contact the Correspondence Education Office by phone or email.
