- Parents and guardians will be required to register in advance (up to 2 people per graduate) in consideration of the capacity of the venue. If you would like to attend, Please fill out the form here.

Please note that you may not be able to watch the stream due to communication issues in your environment or Youtube. We appreciate your understanding. - Please note that eating is prohibited in the venue.
- On the same day, diplomas will be delivered in a classroom at the Ariake Campus. We will inform you separately through MUSCAT.
- Procedures for absences will be announced separately by MUSCAT to graduating students.
- On the day of the ceremony, please refrain from parking or stopping on nearby roads due to pick-up and drop-off, as it may interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. In addition, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
We ask for your cooperation in using public transportation to reach the venue. - The office of the School of Distance Learning is available only at the Musashino Campus. Details will be announced on the WBT bulletin board at a later date.
