*For the commuter course on the same day, an orientation for new students (distribution of materials) will be held in classrooms on the Ariake Campus.

- Parents and guardians will be required to register in advance (up to 2 people per new student) in consideration of the capacity of the venue. If you would like to attend, Please fill out the form here.

Please note that you may not be able to watch the stream due to communication issues in your environment or Youtube. We appreciate your understanding. - Please note that eating is prohibited in the venue.
- For the commuter course on the same day, distribution of student ID cards and other documents will be held in classrooms on the Ariake Campus. Details have been announced on the new student only website. Depending on the department, the orientation may be held before the entrance ceremony, so please be sure to check. Please note that for correspondence courses, there will be no orientation on the same day. We will send you information about a new student orientation session (held online) separately.
- After the ceremony, guidance for families will be held at the same venue. （Undergraduate only）
The materials are available on the new student only website. - On the day of the ceremony, please refrain from parking or stopping on nearby roads due to pick-up and drop-off, as it may interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. In addition, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
We ask for your cooperation in using public transportation to reach the venue. - The office of the School of Distance Learning is available only at the Musashino Campus. If you have any questions, please contact the School of Distance Learning Office by phone or email.
- We have prepared AR signs that are available for all new student can use.
They are available not only at the entrance ceremony venue, but also at various locations, so please feel free to use them.
