*For regular courses, student ID cards and other materials will be issued in the classrooms at Ariake Campus on the day of the entrance ceremony. (Depending on the department, they may be issued after gathering before the start of the entrance ceremony.)

- Parents and guardians will be required to register in advance (up to 2 people per new student) in consideration of the capacity of the venue.
The application form will be available on this page in March. - The ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube. We would like to request families and those involved to watch it. Details will be announced on this page once they have been decided.
Please note that you may not be able to watch the stream due to communication issues in your environment or Youtube. We appreciate your understanding. - Please note that eating is prohibited in the venue.
- After the ceremony, guidance for families will be held at the same venue. (Undergraduate only)
The materials will be available on the new student only website in March. - On the day of the ceremony, please refrain from parking or stopping on nearby roads due to pick-up and drop-off, as it may interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. In addition, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
We ask for your cooperation in using public transportation to reach the venue. - The office of the School of Distance Learning is available only at the Musashino Campus.
