令和6年度後期入学式/Entrance Ceremony for Fall 2024

令和6年度 武蔵野大学大学院 後期入学式、武蔵野大学 後期入学式について、以下のとおり実施しますのでご案内します。
This is to notify you of information on the entrance ceremony of Graduate School of Musashino University and Musashino University for Fall 2024 as follows.

13：00開式、13：40閉式予定（12：30受付開始予定）
Starting at 13:00 and closing at 13:40 (reception starts at 12:30).

注意事項　/　 Notes

1. 当日はご家族向けに関係者席をご用意いたします。
   Seating for families will be available on the day of the event.
2. 当日はオンラインによる動画配信を予定しております。ご使用の通信環境、YouTubeの通信障害によって視聴できない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
   The entrance ceremony will be available online. Please note that you may not be able to watch the video due to your communication environment or communication problems with YouTube.
3. 入学式終了後に有明キャンパスの教室で新入生ガイダンスを行います。当日は係の者が会場までご案内いたします。
   After the entrance ceremony, New students Guidance will be held in a classroom on the Ariake Campus. Our staff member will guide you to the venue of the event.
4. 社会状況により実施方法等を変更する可能性があります。その場合は新入生限定サイトおよび大学HPにてお知らせいたします。
   University may change the way of holding the ceremony due to social situation. We will inform you on the new students’ website and the University web site, if any changes are made.

配付物の受け取りについて　/　 Document Distribution on the Day of Entrance Ceremony

入学式終了後の新入生ガイダンスで、各種書類を配付いたします。
配付物の中には「アカウント通知書」や、「学生証」などが封入されているため、必ず受け取ってください。
入学式当日に配付物が受け取れない方は、学生支援課までご連絡ください。
On Thursday, September 19, we will distribute several important documents after the entrance ceremony.
The documents include your network account information and student ID card. Please make sure to receive them.
If you are unable to receive them for some reasons, please contact the Student Support Office in advance.
