This is to notify you of information on the completion ceremony of Graduate School of Musashino University and the graduation ceremony of Musashino University for Fall 2025 as follows.

- 当日はご家族向けに関係者席をご用意いたします。
Seating for families will be available on the day of the event. - 当日はオンラインによる動画配信を予定しております。ご使用の通信環境、YouTubeの通信障害によって視聴できない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
The ceremony will be available online. Please note that you may not be able to watch the video due to your communication environment or communication problems with YouTube. - 式典終了後、別会場で学位記交付を行います。
Diplomas will be delivered at different rooms after the ceremony. - 欠席をされる場合の手続きについては、卒業・修了決定者に別途MUSCATにてお知らせいたします。
For completing and graduating students, University will inform of procedure for absence from the ceremony on the MUSCAT. - 会場内での食事は禁止となりますので予めご了承ください。
Please note that eating is prohibited in the venue. - 式典当日、送迎による近隣道路上での駐車・停車は他の車両や通行者の妨げとなりますのでお控えください。また、近隣施設の駐車場の無断利用はお止めください。
公共交通機関を利用しての来場にご協力をお願いいたします。
On the day of the ceremony, please refrain from parking or stopping on nearby roads due to pick-up and drop-off, as it may interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. In addition, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
We ask for your cooperation in using public transportation to reach the venue.
