- 当日はご家族向けに関係者席をご用意いたします。
Seating for families will be available on the day of the event. - 当日はオンラインによる動画配信を予定しております。ご使用の通信環境、YouTubeの通信障害によって視聴できない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
The entrance ceremony will be available online. Please note that you may not be able to watch the video due to your communication environment or communication problems with YouTube. - 入学式終了後に有明キャンパスの教室で学生証等交付を行います。当日は係の者が会場までご案内いたします。
After the entrance ceremony, distribution of student ID cards and other documents will be held in a classroom on the Ariake Campus. Our staff member will guide you to the venue of the event. - 会場内での食事は禁止となりますので予めご了承ください。
Please note that eating is prohibited in the venue. - 式典当日、送迎による近隣道路上での駐車・停車は他の車両や通行者の妨げとなりますのでお控えください。また、近隣施設の駐車場の無断利用はお止めください。
公共交通機関を利用しての来場にご協力をお願いいたします。
On the day of the ceremony, please refrain from parking or stopping on nearby roads due to pick-up and drop-off, as it may interfere with other vehicles and passers-by. In addition, please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby facilities without permission.
We ask for your cooperation in using public transportation to reach the venue.
配付物の受け取りについて / Document Distribution on the Day of Entrance Ceremony
入学式終了後の学生証等交付で、各種書類を配付いたします。
配付物の中には「アカウント通知書」や、「学生証」などが封入されているため、必ず受け取ってください。
入学式当日に配付物が受け取れない方は、学生支援課までご連絡ください。
On Thursday, September 18, we will distribute several important documents after the entrance ceremony.
The documents include your network account information and student ID card. Please make sure to receive them.
If you are unable to receive them for some reasons, please contact the Student Support Office in advance.
