A. Acceptance of some certificates and shipping has resumed since May 7. In addition, it would be availabel to issue certificate from on-campus vending machine from June 1 as of the partial relaxation of measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. Q. I cannot pay my university fees by the deadline. What should I do?
A. Musashino University offers payment deadline extension plan to students which allows you to postpone payment of tuition fees for the first half of the year 2020 until July 20, 2020. We had already sent out a notice to those who have not yet paid their tuition fees in mid-May, please perform the procedure according to the guide as soon as possible.
Q. I would like to take out an educational loan. Where can I apply?

Q. I would like to use a room for web interviews or video shooting (room with a stable network environment, a quiet room, or a room with necessary equipment) because I want to prepare for web interviews or video shooting requested by companies as measures related to the novel coronavirus.
A. Unfortunately, we cannot provide such a room. This is because the university is prohibiting students from coming to the university and allowing the faculty and staff to enter the university in limited situations only. Also, the administrative office is operating under shortened business hours. As such, we cannot assure an environment suitable for shooting video, such as a private room at the university. Please use your home.

Q. Can I consult a career advisor from my home?
A. To prevent infections, we are not currently providing face-to-face consultations. Please consult a carrier advisor from your home using the Zoom web meeting tool. Advisors will also correct your application forms and help you practice for job interviews. To receive a consultation, you will need a microphone and webcam. Please note that you must prepare them in advance when using a desktop PC, whereas many notebook PCs have a built-in microphone and webcam. You can also consult a career advisor with your smartphone or phone. For more information, please see the reservation screen on MUSCAT.
Q. Can I reserve a career advisor consultation from my home?
A. Yes. To make a reservation, open the reservation screen from Job offer navigation/career advisor consultation reservation in Job hunting and career support on MUSCAT, and click Reserve a personal (group) interview.
Q. I would like to submit a letter of recommendation from the university to a company. Where do you issue the letters from?
A. 1. Please send an e-mail filling in the items (1) and (2) to the following e-mail address.
①In the subject line, please write " letters of recommendation" with your student ID number and your name.
②In the body of the email, please indicate the campus where you would like to receive the letter.
After receiving the email , we will reply to you with the application form attached to the email.Please submit your application.
After submitting the application form, you will be notified of the earliest date for pickup (about one week after submitting the application form) and the flow of pickup (including the payment method of 300 yen for issue).
Q. Where can I check for job and internship offers for Musashino University students?
A. Job and internship offers are posted on MUC, the job-hunting website specially designed for Musashino University students. To access MUC, click MU job-hunting information website in Job hunting and career support on MUSCAT. You can check your MUC ID and password in the message titled "Re: Job hunting, MU job-hunting information website, MUC." This message can be found by entering MUC in Keyword in Received message search on MUSCAT.

Q. My residence card will expire soon. How should I obtain the organization member certificate from the International Relations Office that I need for the residence card renewal procedure?
A. To renew your residence card as an international student, you need a application form issued by International Relations Office, and the Certificate of Enrollment (, and the Transcript of Scholastic Record only for over 2nd year students). Regarding applying for those document and certificates, please refer to the information posted on MUSCAT.
