学生教育傷害保険について
学生教育研究災害傷害保険（看護学部／看護学研究科を除く）
Personal Accident Insurance for Student Pursuing Education and Research（Gakkensai）(Excluding Faculty of Nursing/Graduate School of Nursing)
本学では、授業中・学校行事中・課外活動中・通学中の傷害に対する被害救済の補償制度として、（財）日本国際教育支援協会を通じて学生教育研究災害傷害保険に看護学部／看護学研究科以外の全学生が加入し、被保険者となっています。
All the students of Musashino University, excluding the students of Faculty of Nursing and Graduate School of Nursing are enrolled in At the university, as a compensation system for damage relief for injuries during classes, school events, extracurricular activities, and attending school, through the Japan International Education Support Association, student education and research accident insurance, other than the Faculty of Nursing / Graduate School of Nursing All students are enrolled and are insured.
All the students of Musashino University, excluding the students of Faculty of Nursing and Graduate School of Nursing are enrolled in At the university, as a compensation system for damage relief for injuries during classes, school events, extracurricular activities, and attending school, through the Japan International Education Support Association, student education and research accident insurance, other than the Faculty of Nursing / Graduate School of Nursing All students are enrolled and are insured.

3．学校施設内にいる間
4．課外活動中（学内及び学外で大学に届け出た活動）
5．通学中（通学手段として大学が禁じている場合対象外）
1. During regular curricular activities
2. During the participation of school events
3. When on school premises during times other than 1, 2, or 4
4. During extracurricular activities (activities reported to the university on-campus and off-campus)
5. While commuting to and from school (not applicable if you use a means of commuting that the university prohibits)

事故の通知 Accident report
事故が発生した場合、ただちに学生支援課／武蔵野学生支援課へ申し出て下さい。（事故発生日から30日以内に保険会社へ通知します。）

保険金の請求手続 Insurance claim procedures
治癒した時点で学生支援課／武蔵野学生支援課に報告して下さい。（保険金請求書を保険会社に提出します。）領収書のコピーが必要ですので必ず保管しておいてください。

保険金の支払 Insurance payment
保険会社が事故の状況、傷害の程度を確認、調査したうえで保険金請求書等が保険会社に届いてから、原則として30日以内に本人指定の銀行口座に振り込まれます。

総合補償制度「WILL」（看護学部／看護学研究科）

看護学部／看護学研究科の学生は思わぬ傷害・賠償・感染事故に対応できる総合補償制度「WILL」に加入しています。
事故等が起きた場合、アドバイザーの先生に相談の上、学部事務課（有明キャンパス1号館1階）に申し出て下さい。

本学では、授業中・学校行事中・課外活動中・通学中において、他人にケガをさせたり、他人の物を損壊したこと等により生じる損害賠償責任に対する補償制度として、平成29年度新入生から学研災付帯賠償責任保険に看護学部／看護学研究科以外の全学生が加入し、被保険者となっています。
