学生生活をどのように過ごすかは、皆さん自身に任されています。自らが考え、自らの責任において行動するとともに、大学生としての自覚を持ち、大学のルール・社会のルールを遵守して生活をすることが重要となります。
◆学生生活における禁止事項 Prohibitions in student life

（２）通学時の禁止事項・注意事項

◆学生への連絡事項について Information including notices to students
大学では、学生が円滑な学生生活を過ごせるようにするため、重要な通知、連絡事項は原則としてMUSCATで行います。
MUSCATの連絡・通知を確認しなかったために起こる不利益はすべて自己の責任となりますので、連絡通知を見逃すことのないよう注意してください。
また、入学後は全ての学生にgmailアドレスが配付されますので、定期的に受信メールも確認するようにしましょう。
To have a smooth communication between the students and the university, we generally use an exclusive portal site called “MUSCAT” to provide important notices.
Please be careful not to miss the notice, as you are responsible for any disadvantages caused by not checking the information on the MUSCAT.

◆学生証について Student ID Card

◇学生証は本学学生であることの身分証明ですので常に携帯し、請求があったとき、または、証明書等の交付を願い出るときは呈示してください。
◇学生証は、大切に管理してください。
◇本学の学籍を離れた場合（退学・除籍）、または転部・転科が生じた場合は、学生証を直ちに返還してください。
◇貸し借り等不正使用をしないでください。
◇試験時などで忘れた場合は、証明書自動発行機にて試験用仮学生証［手数料：500円］交付の手続きをしてください。
※試験用仮学生証は当日限り有効です。

学生証を紛失した場合 If you lose your student ID card
◇学生証を紛失した場合は、学生支援課/武蔵野学生支援課へ届け出てください。再発行をする場合は、有料［2,500円］となりますので、ご注意ください。

◆通学について Commuting

本学では、事故防止の観点から、自動車、電動キックボード、バイク、原動機付自転車での通学は一切禁止しています。たとえ自己負担で近隣の駐車場等を借りた場合でも、自動車・オートバイ、自動二輪車、原動機付自転車での通学は認められません。なお事故を起こした場合、大学で加入している保険の対象にはなりません。
通学の際は、必ず徒歩、自転車（キャンパス内での駐輪登録が必要）または電車・バス等の公共交通機関を利用してください。

通学定期券の購入 Purchasing a student commuter pass
JR・地下鉄・私鉄・バスの通学定期券は駅の窓口で申込用紙に記入し、学生証及び通学区間証明書を提示して購入してください。通学区間証明書（学生証裏面貼付シール）が配付されたら必要事項をボールペンで記入してください。
通学定期券は、大学から現住所までの最寄り駅を結ぶ最短区間で、単位取得の授業出席を目的とする場合に限り購入できます（アルバイトや課外活動を目的とした通学定期券購入はできません）。
現住所や通学区間の変更がある場合は、必ず学生支援課/武蔵野学生支援課に申し出てください。また、通学区間証明書の欄を全て使いきった場合は、新たな通学区間証明書の交付を受け、更新をしてください。
通学定期券を他人に貸与することや、通学区間を不正に申請することは、不正乗車となり、定期券の没収だけでなく、罰金が科せられた上に定期券発行停止処分を受けることがあります。

自転車駐輪登録制度について Bicycle parking registration system
本学では、キャンパス内の歩行者の安全確保、防災活動のスペース確保及びキャンパス内の環境整備のために、自転車の学内駐輪登録制度（毎年度、申請が必要になります）を実施しています。
登録された自転車には、学内駐輪場の地区指定シールを貼り、決められた駐輪場へ駐輪してください（未登録、指定外駐輪は撤去の対象となります）。
申請方法・時期等の詳しい情報については、MUSCATの連絡・通知を参照してください。

◆落とし物の取り扱いについて Lost and Found
キャンパス内で落とし物を拾った場合は、速やかに学生支援課／武蔵野学生支援課へ届け出てください。
届けられた落し物は、次のとおり取り扱います。
【貴重品】 １週間保管し、持ち主が現れなかった場合は所轄警察署へ届け出ます。
【その他】 ３ヶ月間保管し、持ち主が現れなかった場合は廃棄物とみなし、処分します。
なお、落とし物を返却する際は本人確認を行いますので、必ず学生証を持参してください。

つまり、学生生活は、目的意識を持った自主的な行動が大切となります。
大学生としての自覚を持ち、何事に対しても「誰かが何とかしてくれるだろう」と甘えることなく、自主的に行動し、大学のルール・社会のルールを遵守し、学生生活を有意義なものとして送ってください。

学内環境の美化について Beautification of the campus environment
大学は公共の場であり、学生の皆さんが気持ちよく学生生活を送ることができるよう、キャンパス内の美化活動として清掃等に努力しています。家庭ごみの持ち込みは禁止です。ゴミは分別し、施設・備品を壊したり汚したりしないよう心がけてください。

盗難・置き引きの被害に遭わないように Not to be a victim of theft or deduction
近年、大学構内においても、教室・大学食堂・学生ホール・体育館更衣室・図書館等での盗難や置き引きの被害に遭うケースが発生しています。盗難や置き引きはロッカー等の鍵の掛け忘れや荷物の一時放置等、主に本人の不注意から発生しています。１～２分の間であっても、各自で自己防衛に努め、被害に遭わないよう注意してください。
※金融機関・カード会社等の連絡先は、万一に備え手帳等に控えておきましょう。

個人情報について Personal information
大学から学生本人または実家等へ電話をかけて、住所や電話番号を聞き出すことはありません。個人情報に関することは、電話等で教えないよう注意をしましょう。

クーリングオフ制度 Cooling-off system
法律で指定された商品（主に日常生活用品）を営業所や店舗以外で契約した場合、契約書を受け取った日を含めて8日以内（マルチ商法は20日以内）であれば、解約金を支払わずに無条件解約をすることができます（「内容証明郵便」で解約通知書を相手先に出す必要があります）。
ただし、その場で代金全額を支払ってしまうとクーリングオフはできません。困ったとき、問題が発生したときは個人で悩まずに、速やかに「消費生活センター」や警察、学生支援課/武蔵野学生支援課へ相談してください。

本人の承諾なく他人の個人情報（氏名・電話番号・心身の状態・家庭環境・交友関係・過去等について）や写真などを発信してはいけません。自分の個人情報を公開する際も、思わぬ影響が及ぶことがありますので、気をつけてください。
また、他人の作成した文章や音楽、デザイン（ロゴマーク等）を無断で発信すると、著作権侵害となり、刑事上・民事上の責任を問われる恐れがあります。著作権法で認められた場合を除き、絶対にしないでください。
