As the first graduate of the Department of Global Business at Musashino University, let me share with you the journey I have embarked on since completing my bachelor’s degree. After graduating, I decided to further my academic pursuits at Sophia University, where I earned an MA in Global Business and Development Studies.

Following my studies, I entered the corporate world and joined the Marketing department within the APAC (Asia-Pacific) Product Marketing Division of a prominent Japanese manufacturing corporation. In this role, I have been responsible for delivering marketing intelligence, conducting market share assessments, forecasting demand, and analyzing competitors tailored for the region. Recently, I transitioned to the Digital Marketing team within the same division, where I am actively involved in planning, executing, and optimizing regional digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

My time in the Department of Global Business at Musashino University was a transformative journey filled with challenges and invaluable experiences. As the pioneering student in this newly established department, I collaborated closely with faculty members to develop a curriculum tailored to meet diverse needs. Beyond academic pursuits, engaging with peers from various cultural and professional backgrounds proved immensely enriching, laying a solid foundation for my personal and professional growth. These interactions equipped me with the communication skills and cultural understanding necessary for my current role as an integral member of the APAC team, where I consistently engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The experiences have prepared me for the demands of my current position and significantly contributed to my ongoing career development.
