令和５年度後期入学式の開催について/Entrance Ceremony for Fall 2023

令和５年度 武蔵野大学大学院 後期入学式、武蔵野大学 後期入学式について、以下のとおり実施しますのでご案内します。
This is to notify you of information on the Entrance Ceremony of Graduate School of Musashino University and Musashino University for Fall 2023 as follows.

Thursday, September 21, 2023

13：00開式、13：30閉式予定（12：30受付開始予定）
Starting at 13：00 and closing at 13：30 (reception starts at 12：30).

有明キャンパス３号館３階　301教室
Room 301, 3rd floor of Building No.3, Ariake Campus

１．当日はご家族向けに関係者席をご用意いたします。
　　Seating for families will be available on the day of the event.
２．当日はオンラインによる動画配信を予定しております。ご使用の通信環境、YouTubeの通信障害によって視聴できない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
　　The entrance ceremony will be available online.  Please note that you may not be able to watch the video due to your communication environment or communication problems with YouTube.
３．社会状況により実施方法等を変更する可能性があります。その場合は新入生限定サイトおよび大学HPにてお知らせいたします。
　　University may change the way of holding the ceremony due to social situation.  We will inform you on the new students’ website and the University web site, if any changes are made.

入学式終了後、各種書類を配布いたします。
配布物の中には「アカウント通知書」や、「学生証」などが封入されているため、必ず受け取ってください。
入学式当日に配布物が受け取れない方は、学生支援課までご連絡ください。
On Thursday, September 21, we will distribute several important documents after the entrance ceremony.  
The documents include your network account information and student ID card. Please make sure to receive them.
If you are unable to receive them for some reasons, please contact the Student Support Office in advance.
